Suzie is a RYT 200hr and specializes in Power Vinyasa. She is all about getting people to feel comfortable in beginning their yoga journey. She is also Certified in Fitness Nutrition and has a passion for promoting healthier lifestyles by incorporating yoga and better eating habits. Her main goal is to provide a space where yoga is accessible and as welcoming as can be for everyone.

Power Vinyasa – All Levels
Power Vinyasa is an energetic and fluid style of yoga¬†linking together breath and movement from one pose to the next. Students will flow through a sequence cultivating strength, balance and flexibility. This style helps tone and sculpt the entire body. Variations are offered throughout the class in order to fit everyone’s needs.
