Stacey is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, earning her certification from Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015. She practices a holistic approach to health and wellness. Your diet is important but she believes it is more important to look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. Stacey’s approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions of good and bad foods. Instead, you will work with her to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is balanced, flexible and rewarding. Running, backpacking and hiking are major passions for Stacey. She has run several ultra marathons and spent many nights backpacking in the wilderness. Seeing the pride of her clients as they reach mini goals through her walking and running programs she believes are the most exciting part of career as a wellness coach. Stacey has found a different kind of love for the dirt with succulent gardens and other terrariums.
