Movement Classes

Gentle Yoga
This class involves gentle and intentional movement with a strong focus on tuning into the breath and using it as a tool to guide you through your yoga practice, while also encouraging more opening and expansion in the body. This class is appropriate for students of all levels, including beginners, with a wide range of postures to work with throughout the class, which will bring a sense of relaxation and balance to body, mind, and spirit.

Restorative Yoga
This class is centered around total relaxation and bliss. Students will be guided through using various props to achieve very relaxing postures, requiring no muscular engagement. The perfect class for those seeking more balance, relaxation, and rejuvenation in their lives. Meditation will be a focus during this class and essential oils will also be used to enhance the experience. Appropriate for all students, even with no background in yoga.

Vin to Yin
The first half of this class will be focused on Vinyasa, which is a flow that aims to link breath and movement, while the second half of this class will be focused on Yin, which involves longer holds (typically 3-5 mins.) of certain postures with some degree of intensity to aid in accessing deeper layers of fascia or connective tissue, with the goal being to increase circulation and improve flexibility. This class is appropriate for all levels, but may not be ideal for beginners
