Molly is a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher, reiki master-practitioner, and holds an MA in ethnomusicology. She uses the healing arts and sound to guide students toward increased flexibility, strength and peace of mind. With her passion to connect with others through language and music, Molly has worked for 27 years as a public school teacher in Japan and Bloomington, as well as a singer and researcher of traditional Japanese folk song. As a yoga teacher, Molly incorporates crystal singing bowls and voice into her yoga classes for humans to connect with and heal mind and body. Outside of class, Molly enjoys cooking ethnic foods and experimenting with musical instruments from around the world.

My Morning Meditation
This meditation practice is for parents and workers who need a space to find silence in their lives. Students are guided through breathing techniques, meditation techniques and basic yogic movement for peace and calmness of the mind. The techniques can be integrated into a daily practice and the workday to increase focus and relaxation.

Calm Your Mind Yoga and Sound
This all-levels hatha yoga class is perfect as a transition-from-work-to-home or from-hectic-to-calm. Each class begins and ends with the resonating sounds of crystal singing bowls and voice. Paired with a sequence of poses that strengthen and stretch the body, students will feel lighter, stronger, and more at peace.
